This is a template of a letter required to be sent regarding an audit carried out under the Industrial & Provident Societies Acts, 1893 to 2021 when there is a ‘long association’ (as defined) ethical threat under Section 3 of the IAASA Ethical Standard for Auditors (Ireland) 2020.
