Auditor Resignation due to Audit Exemption Nov 2023

When the auditor of the company resigns because the client company is claiming the audit exemption the attached template letters will be required to be used.

One letter needs sent to the Directors of the company notifying them of the auditor’s resignation and the second letter is a cover letter sending a copy of the formal resignation notice to the Companies Registration office.
